I want to know what spiritual warfare is. Not many people talk about it, so I'm having to do my own research on it. My intention is not to freak anyone out but to educate myself and you if you are interested. I don't want to be ignorant on this issue and I want to know who my enemy is.

The following quotes and information will be taken from the book, "The Three Battlegrounds" written by Francis Frangipane.

I am currently reading a book called Happiness is a Choice by Dr. Frank Minirth and Dr. Paul Meier.  It talks about depression and its symptoms, causes, and cures.  I am in the process of understanding what depression really is and if it affects me.  This book breaks it down into layman's terms.  It associates depression with sin and I found the following quoted material from chapter 10 quite interesting.

I have not read this entire book, but what I have read has been awesome!  Here is a section on angels:

 "Angels are angels.  Humans are humans.  Angels are beings with their own histories and memories, with distinct identities, reflected in the fact that they have personal names, such as Michael and Gabriel.  Under God's direction, they serve us on Earth (Hebrews 1:14).  Michael the archangel serves under God, and the other angels, in various positions, serve under Michael (Daniel 10:13; Revelation 12:7).  In Heaven human beings will govern angels (1 Corinthians 6:2-3).
