Don't give up hope yet! Do you feel like you are sowing, sowing, sowing and are NOT reaping, reaping, reaping? Persevere! God promises that we reap what we sow. So, don't give up! The reaping will most likely happen in another "season" of your life. Be patient for we know God's timing is perfect. His ways  are not our ways! If we were able to see the big picture, the way God sees it, then it would make sense. Since we can't do that, we have to trust God even if it feels like we're blind. God promises He will never leave us or forsake us. Why would He? We are His children, the apple of His eye.

What is our motive for having a quiet time and spending time with God?

Satan is the accuser - Do I accuse/slander others?

Jesus is the intercessor - Do I intercede for others?

We all agree that cleaning the house is rather mundane. So, let's spice it up a bit! Is it possible to enjoy cleaning and be encouraged by doing it? Maybe so! What if when we cleaned dishes, we memorized one scripture verse? What if when we cleaned laundry, we invited the Holy Spirit to speak? What if when we vacuumed the house, we cleared our minds with impure thoughts? What if when we picked up clutter/toys, we would sing praises to God? What if when we did yard work, we complimented God on His beauty? Let's try it together and see what happens!!!!!!
